what he said ^
in the full size screen shot i have the voltages listed. was likely 1.88v set or something like that. the kit goes up to 1054MHz 6-6-5 with the same volts.
definitely just a warm up while i wait for an RMA on my CPU because i haven't had time to send it out because i have too many reviews on the go ever since i put a list of contacts in my XS signature and hardware started pouring in.
but i will definitely be trying for better if i can find a CPU with better uncore and a kit of memory that can do the same clocks because i don't want to use this kit anymore because it is for memory reviews from my huge list of contacts.
you know how it is ;)
sweet cant wait to see what the new silicone brings to this thread

next time I will push the uncore and RAM a little higher

oro why 2t?
because i wanted first to test the RAMs with the voltage of 1,65V how they perform ... nextime will try on SS with more voltages and 1T on RAMs ;)
may i join? :D

Will charge for 8.xx, but I'm having a hard time keeping nice efficiency with higher clocks. Some better sticks would help for sure.

those are crazy subtimings...nice one mafio...supertalents ftFW
yes, STT rulez...especially when i paid only 200 € for them (including shipping cost and customs fee) :yepp:
i see a lot of guys using tRRD and tRTP both at 1 but i can't find the way to run them that tight.
CPU-tweaker always shows 4 and 2...
force them to 1 in windows doesn't give any performance improvement.
yeah tRRD and tRTP are kinda hard on the STT compared to the gtx2000c7s.
i do them inside the bios though...my test is the xp bootup :D..if it doesn't boot..they're no good ..lol
the problem is that when i set them to 1 in bios CPU-Tweaker ALWAYS show me tRRD 4 and tRTP 2.
force them in windows to 1 doesn't make my super-pi faster...my guess is: all of these guys that use tRRD 1 and tRTP 1 force them to 1 in windows or boot directly with 1 - 1 ?
if they can boot 1 - 1 would be good to know how they did it because i can't find the way to do it :D
if i set 1 - 1 windows boot normally but when i check with CPU-Tweaker i see tRRD 4 and tRTP 2...
think that's the correct result Mafio :yepp:.. can just leave at tRRD 4, tRTP 2
i don't find any faster at 1 either (cputweaker set only), although i still do it on mine when i set tREF
can you tighten rtl on 226bclk cl6 setting ?
20x uncore is 60-62-63/64, 21x should only be ~ +3 per channnel eg 63-65-66/67.
any more runs coming ? :)
good to know that i'm not the only one that can't run 1 - 1 :D
no way to use tighter RTLs, what you see are the tightest values i can set :(
the best i can do is 66-68-70, with only one less i lose 1 stick or 32M gives errors.
BTW, yes, i've something more :D
same setup as before except for RAM, this time i used the good old trusty HyperX 2000 cas8

HyperX Hypers FTW :toast: I still cherish mine.
wow mafio nice clocks on the rams there!
damn astridies i will say it again, that is a very fast run,
i have been playing over the last few days with UD3R and R3E... Rampage 3 Extreme is so fast and the best thing is, its so EASY to make it go this fast, giga is more effort but I think it is possible the UD9 with bloomsfield microcode bios is faster than r3e,
I am using B1 cpu because it does not need bloomsfield microcode to be very fast, but at the same time, i do think that mrc bios does work wonder on UD9 and low 6-6-5 style ram clocks, my original runs were 36.5 with only 4000 MHz, I think by knocking to 4007 they should be in 35.7 range or so.. same with the R3E..
either for ease of fast 32m, r3e is your board, and for price, i think ud3r is very nice..

scary fast run pro
i need to try 32M with one of these GB boards, they look a lot faster than classified that i'm using now.
