I like the serpentine bends in the discharge line. It reminds me of the old days, when it was standard practice to put a 360 degree loop in that line and a loop in the suction line as well. Then things got cheaper over the years. Hardly anyone does that anymore.

Go for the negative century mark C. Is that theoretically possible with your cascade setup? Know your design is for ~-85 degrees C.

but all is not good.
as the unit is doing well,, but for one the ceramic coating....is a joke....noting to see here move on down the street guys...LOL
the stuff is 1/4" thick which should = feet of normal insulation is is not.after all the work to appy it.and i had to apply the cpu twice because as i was assembling the evap/hose assm to the manifold i checked the cap tubes and the cpu was blocked.so i had to disasemble the block and hose to replace the section...pain.....
but the ceramic coating isnot for extreeme cold.i had almost as much frost on the outside of the insulation as i di on the bare hose.
and then i found out this 1hp compressor will not keep it but at 5psi low side.no where good enought.
i am going to try one thing else but it will next week before i fine the parts,i am going to increase the suction to the 1/2" tube but i need a new base valve and all i have here is 3/8.
so all this busting my butt for a stoppping point again.
i am heading into town maybe i can find a valve at lowes but i wouldnt think so.i may pick me up some 1/2 tubing and hook it up direct for now.i need to see if that is it.
by the way guys......thius compressor dimms the lights pretty damm well at start up.
damn i bet that things drawin allot of amps lol. so is this thing workin but not gettin cold enuf temps?

How much pressure does the low side need? You have to go bigger than 1 hp? Talk about the lights dimming....you're gonna cause rolling blackouts!

well i just back,got me a hair trim and got some copper tubing...i am tearing the condensor back down now,i should be back up in about 2 hours...i will see if the tubing SIZE MAKES A DIFFERANCE.
girlfriend said size does matter,so lets see it the compressor thinks so.:D

but allas the 1hp compressor isnt going to do it.even after i upped the suction(witch i can see a small improvment)and revacuumed and started again......not low enough low side for great temps...so thats it only 2 evaperators can run on a single compressor........or is there another?
o yea i forgot...i only had 2 strikes....one more turn at bat....i think i will pull a long night and install the bristol compressor which is a low temp unit.if that dont do it nothing will.

well if you use 2 compressors then you can cool 4 heat sources :\

well the problem,i sorta know what it is.....i designed the cpu to flood and gpu to flood,the chipset i am tring to starve.but the amount of refrigerant i am passing through the cap tubbing is just too much for a high temp compressor to handle and keep it in a good vacuum.
i have gotten the bristol on the condensor,and it is pulling a vacuum right now.irst test of the compresor will be in about 30 minutes....:D
Sometimes you need to just drop everything and relax. Take a break. It can wait. :D
ok bristol low temp compressor is doing it.....
here is a pic before i call it a night.
cpu under load is -40c gpu is -44c and chipset is -29c...not bad for a test run.it is good enough to tommorow maybe ..insulate the blocks and mount the nforce up to see how it runs
