Funny, this will give some good competition with ultra's SLI
The P5W64 is dead just like my last one. And with two other P5W DH, seems that some components within the power regulating area is giving in when running quad core at 1.8V+ or X6800 @ 2V :(
Next step now is to get a good QX6850 to run with Blitz.
Congratulate:eek:
1,8 V
Congratz KinC.
im so indecided in what to buy if 2900's or 8800ultra T_T.
The blitz actually has tighter performence then P5W64 WS Pro. Something I didnet think would happen until X38. The problem is that it do not want to overclock my QX6700 well, just like with p5k deluxe. This is rather a problem with the cpu than with the boards. Its a ES that aint reqonized correctly by all boards.
That or it's down to the voltage circuitry.
Personally i like the P5W64, i have try some board on I975X and Cfire and this one is the board have give me the best result with my little OC.. incredibly stable finally, even with high voltage or Voltmod.. Now, it's just bad the board look to will die with +1.8V and Quad...
It's why i wait a lot of the Blitz.. I hope it will just be a little bit better of the P5W64.. in this case, i go for one.
to bad to hear marcus , what happed to the board ?
when i readed that , it made me think of mine :p: . a quad + 1.72vcore and after 3 days or so it died , but i just blow out 3 mosfets :D

u can cleary see the white spots on the burnd one's
Hehe texts in 3DMark06 score window are completely messed.. also using PNG format is better than JPG. Have you tried a small program called Screenhunter, just press a key and it will save full screen: http://wisdom-soft.com/products/screenhunter_free.htm
Anyway, great results once again and see you next week :)
