Actually they were not using my account Tammy set here account up when she lived here using the same address and phone as mine.. paypal calls that a linked account and freezes all linked accounts until it gets resolved.. as for the 4600 mossing from my acconts that was the rest of teh money I had from my customers after I bought blocks, controllers, refrigerant, flex line etc,etc. I do have all the reciepts for this as well as full records from paypal however I hade a problem here with a fired helper, he had ripped all the tags off the units I had here I have identified all but four units... No worries two are local and the other two one is mine and the other is computerpro3's so get me teh serial number.. and please give me a littel more slack here I know I am over a year behind and this is totally unacceptable.. Granted noone needs to here of he problems and such but really i has been totally out of my control and I will resolve it as soon as I can I am not leaving nor am I going to quit.. MOst people would have filed bankrupcy and written it all off I am not going to do this.... I am working all I can to get this done in as fair a manner as possiable...

Rich I doubt it.. remember I do freelance work for quite a few companies here it does pay good but I have had to come up with a lot here to cover the losses of the last year. I am also a minority partener in a business here that has been absorbing a good chunk of my time getting a shop set up and papaer work and such. and I am working 90 to 110 hours a week for most of the summer I usually get paid for 55 to 70 of these at 25 to 38 per hour, I was earning a lot more on ebay and paypal before it got closed.. I lost 45% of my income and I have debts associated with this...

THanks for the support.. I got your compressors on order... I think going to a cascade will be better than the dual head....

Most of us want our units as much as we want to see back on ur feet and feeling well :)

It sounds like ur spread pretty thin accross many jobs; hopefully the comming (i think) winter in the states will take some of the presure off you on the ac front so you have some time to gather your thoughts and start more or less anew.

Thanks fior the support and understanding... I have every part of the units here and almost everything done I have had a little trouble getting the shipping thing straight all my accounts were tied to paypal... And Ihad some issues with teh paper work that is now straight.. More to come soon... I will have more time to dedicate to XS and the store soon,, I will have more help and space in a month and more stuff to come...

Fair manner? Excuse me, this way beyond fair! You kept most guys waiting for one year now and counting. You really think you can play with peoples trust and patience don't ya? Your story doesn't sound convincing. So right, one month delay again.. one month? Could as well take a few years.. or it 'll never happen.

Maybe he talked about my unit...
I got a dualhead with dual compressors and I had to send it back. He offered to convert it into a cascade.

No worries I am going to finish these I know it has been way over a resonable amount of time and I will make it up to everyone as I do have a few things in the works... I totally understand everyones anger and I appreciate all your continued support, I have had a trying year it happens and I have been doing everything I could to make it through this, It is totally my fault I got noone to blame and no excuses, reasons yes but these do not count...

I had a situation with PCIce (whatever his exact handle is - I don't remember). He was contracted for a build by me (I paid up front) and he didn't deliver for like a month past his promised delivery date. I contacted him and complained and he promptly sent my money back.

I then decided to use you know who. This has been over a year now and no satisfaction

Reggie, I sent you pm regarding the vapoLS I bought of Freecableguy earlier this year, plus the $$$ I sent you for upgrade for I can't even remember what I wanted upgraded now :(. This was back in feb or whenever. I would appreciate if we could get this resoleved amicably.
