yeah, pretty beautiful :)
not my shot btw :)
Doesn't really compare to most of what is posted here...this IS XS after all. Just do the best with what I've got and try to improve it every time. Took some photos tonight after cleaning it up and adding shrouds, figured I'd post them.
System Components:
- EVGA P55 FTW
- i7 860
- 2x2G G.Skill Trident, DDR3-2000 (9-9-9-24)
- EVGA 8800GTX
- Corsair TX650
- Coolermaster RC690
Loop:
- MCP-355 w/ XSPC Res Top ->
- Swiftech MCR-320 (with 3x Ultra High Speed Panaflo fans & 38mm shrouds) ->
- D-Tek Fuzion v.2 ->
- Swiftech MCW-60
We'll start off with the whole system and then move around it as usual. Hopefully the wires are a bit cleaner since you saw it last. :)

EDIT - To head off the inevitable question about the radiator: It is mounted both externally and with that long tubing so that it can be dunked in a cooler full of ice water for high-Vcore benching sessions.
well, its been a while since i posted here, so i figures id throw up a couple updates since i removed the case side this morning.... the re-build was last week, when i received my new MCP-655-B pump, the EHIEM i had in it ran for 10+ years, before it started getting real LOUD!! hahahahaa.... so since i ordered a new pump, i figured id do the tubing, and a new case with 1 TB drives......
anyways the pics are of an E6600 on an ASUS P5B-Plus with old danger-den blocks, thats ive run through many builds already, ive had them in a pc since they came out 10+ years ago... and they still work great! the E6600 is running at 3.6 24/7 and my temps are always around 36-37 degrees C under normal load, and never, ever hit 60 C..... highest ive seen is 56C. ive found no need to change the blocks, the video card is on air (8800 GTS 320mb), and im running a MAtrox tripple head 2 go, with 3 19" dells as my main screen and a cheap KDS 19" as the fourth screen off to the side. I also have a 32" HD LCD for viewing U-Tube stuff and Internet TV (Readon TV).....
well, thats it for my long winded update. ;-) Hope ya like ...... (not bad for a 40 Y.O married guy... eh,? ;-)
Nice copters up there, rigs not bad either ; )
Nice T-Rex.
looks like that is the bigger hobby
Yep.... thats a couple of them, i got a 500 Hoss X5r (trex all belt drive mod) with sk360 flybarless setup, it was in the garage at photo time... all in all 8 or 9 birds.... the 32" LCD is awesome for Sim flying in the winter months!!
4- 450's (3 hoss x4e's, 1 trex 450)
1- blackhawk 500 se pro
1- trex 500 cf
1- hoss x5r 500 FBL
1- trex 500 (silver FG frame)
1- trex 600e
its a whole different hobby/ forum.....MUCH harder than flying planes.
That Nic 5870 Block is the prettiest block I've seem so far...
Here are some pics of the CM Sniper Side Window Panel on my HAF922. It is a great buy for $10 to have an extra side panel along with being a full window.

Schlingel your rig looks very sexy with those White Led fans. Soon will finish mine system with same fans :P
Excellent work there Schlingel, great wiring and tubage.
"hokiealumnus"
Wow very clean, 10/10 for that one, im building a new rig next week and now thinking i'll base it off your work.
Is that XSPC UV orange tubing? I hope it is, as thats what i want mine to look like! :D
No, it's PrimoChill RED UV tubing (: No 100% satisfied, i wanted pure red, but in my current situation, it's ok (:
Been leak testing my build in order to get it ready for Windows 7. This case made it a lot easier to stuff all I have in there.

@ ilal2ielli
Nice job mate but just a little constructive criticism, you may have been better off
mounting a 120.2 rad vertically instead of the 120.3. It would have given you a little
more room and the option to mount the third fan on the 120.3 at the top. but hey,
that's just my opinion :), still a nice, clean case though .
Yeah, the 120.2 would have been a lot easier to mount and given me more space to work with, but the price difference between a 120.2 and a 120.3 was only $10 USD, so I opted to go bigger.
If I need to in the future, I plan to mount the fans on the top of the case outside pulling air out with a home-made shroud and maybe split the loop into two. I could also cut through the PSU chamber divider to mount the rad lower. Also, the original plan was to mount the other triple off the back of the case, but the watercooling holes on the back of the case aren't spread far enough apart to make routing easy.
No, he knows they're both 120mm fans.
In this situation I'd mount the top radiator on the top of the case with a grille for protection and leave the fans inside the case (a 1-inch hole saw should leave enough room for the fittings and tube), although I'd have gone with a 120.4 up top and a 120.2 on the bottom if given the choice.
Bestec PSU??????
Nah i was suggesting he should use a double rad as opposed to the triple rad
mounted vertically, i.e the one which is upright, that way he could add the third
fan to the triple rad up the top. It would effectively be the same loop (same in
the sense that there will be five fans on two rads) only with a lot more room.
Sorry if i worded that poorly before :).
Oh and just to be clear, i did know it was a triple at the top
For the corsair build he should have a 240mm rad mounted where the 360 is and move the 360 to the roof also where is the 360 getting its air from? there are no real intakes on that case unless it is just using the heated in case air.
He's probably already exhausting with those fans, and he could always have the fans set to pull air from the top but with everything on intake the air can't go anywhere except the one 120mm exhaust fan and the :banana::banana::banana:ty PSU which I seriously hope is jsut there for leak testing.
The case isn't fully sealed so air will get in somehow. I'm going to be testing it out to see if not having a front intake will give me good temps still. If not, I plan to get a Lian Li 120mm fan bay.
Correct.
The two 120mm up top are set to push through the rad as exhausts and the rear 140mm is an exhaust also. The only intake is the bottom 140mm. Bestec PSU is only for the leak testing while I'm still running my Q6600 setup. I've got a Seasonic M12 700w to use in the system.

@ LonghornN:
Is it just me or you have a wireless PSU? :D
Or what's wrong with your video card power cables there? Or just started sleeving them? Sorry, can't see too well, hehe.
zalbard:
Haha :) the PSU is my old and trusty Enermax Galaxy DXX 1000 W. Seriously, the V2110 and the Enermax are a PITA for cable magnament.
Sorry, i dont know exactly what do you mean. The cables on the GPU are sleeved but with the tension on them the heatshrink came out a bit.
Here you got another two pics:

What do you think about the GPU cables: behind the reservoir or the motherboard? They can be seen on the last pic.
Ps: Excuse the dust :p:

Can you find the Waldo tube in this picture?
http://img188.imageshack.us/img188/7451/005pp.jpg
haha, I found him.
btw, your avatar has me tripping.
Deluge, looks pretty easy to work with =) But you should add something to stabelize your GPU n Soundcard.
LonghorN, nice rig but don't you think the pressure drop on that BP fullboard block is just horrible?
I have had that block myself but with it in the same loop as my CPU and GPU i noticed the cyclon in my res was completely gone!
Zeus:
Well, really is that there's a little cyclon on the reservoir and the CPU temps only got 1ēC worse after i added the BP block. My old and trusty jet Ybris ACS is doing a great job.
My NB/SB temps dropped from ~70ēC to ~30ēC so, in my case, it works fine.
The pump is a D5 with the EK X-Top V2 working at full power and the rad is a TFC X-Changer 17 mm. with three Deltas working approximately at 90 CFM.
Here, here and here you can see some pics of the worklog.
Thanks
Yeah, temps were ok with that block, no complains.
And it looks superb as well, ain't no denying that. :)
To stay on topic, here is how my RE with BP block looked befored i made the mistake to sell it:

Excellent build Hewi clean lines and easy on the eye, love it!
yeah owsome built
very stylish LonghornN
Great build Hewi
Agree, looks good Hewi. Awesome white case, and good cable manage
wow nice clean build hewi, love the white case and tubings
nice build hewi, are those grey sleeves?
Thanks guys, lot of energy went into this build so it's nice to have good feedback :) I tried to keep it very simple & clean, since thats how I like it.
Those are MDPC-X grey sleeves indeed, with a touch of red in between, not quite sure I like it, but I'll leave it for now.
looking really good hewi, especially with the white theme there, pure gorgeous..
btw, can you post your rig straight from side left, really interest how all the loop is flowing...maybe i can steal few idea's from you, haha just kidding, i'm really interest how do you mount your rad, i also using LL V2000 and 480 rads..
once again awesome rig there hewi
Zeus think about getting waterblocks for VRM :P
Thanks and glad i could be of help. Keep in mind mine is a Rampage Extreme X48, so not the Rampage II Extreme like you have listed in your sig. ;)
Do you mean for the mosfets at the CPU area?
Or do you mean the vrm's next to the NB?
I don't really want to put any more restiction to the loop, it's fine as it is now. :)
My new build, specs in sig. :)
Hello guys Im new here and just want to show you my watercooling loop , its still not finished hihihihi , need to sleeve some psu cable and change the top of cpu block ordered of duniek :D

samu.
samurai
Looks very clean but you should try to hide the cables behind the mobo. The sleeving will help to hide the wires.
PS: No esperaba ver a nadie de HardH2O por estos lares :D
hi LonghornN good to see you here :D
Hewi: I agree with Radcom: Very beautiful one!
Ofc i still work on it , i bought 24 and 8 pin cables extenders to sleeve it because i dont want to violate guarantee of my psu :p:

@Zeus
May I know what mosfet cooler are those?
Do you think its applicable to MIIF as well?
Drop me a line ay mate ;)
Those are Enzotech MST-81 forged copper sinks.
Don't know if it will fit the MIIF though, you might want to check out enzotech's site here: http://www.enzotechnology.com/mst_81.htm
Those sinks are real nice and feel solid but the pins are bend easily, both my sinks had bend pins from shipping.
I could easily bend them back and it all fine now.
Wow....those are indeed very fragile then
If they were Nickel plated
I might just consider it
Hehe, coincidently i thought about getting them nickle plated myself. :)
