mine does the same thing..
Also, my sound sometimes goes out.. only by rebooting does it come back. This happens once every week or two.
Aside from that, very happy with the board.
E4300@3.3ghz
Everything else is rock solid stable except the monitoring tool and thats only sometimes. I can play WoW for 12 hours straight without any issues.
Try OCCT, it is pretty stressful as well.

System Volume: "No" is fine. Just means that Windows didn't boot from there. Use Windows Disk Management to see if the volume shows up. It probably will but you'll need to create a partion on it for the rest of Windows to see it.
I'm not sure if I can help with moving Windows XP (assuming that's what you're running). With Vista it's easier because you can boot from the CD to a command prompt and do a massive xcopy. Have you looked at tools like Ghost?
[QUOTE=ChaosMinionX;2095363]Well heres a screeny of my most recent 24/7 setup with temps and whatnot.
Chaos.. what kind of load temps are you seeing with the Enzotech?
shimmishim, how do check out ur latency using everest? which section ?
[QUOTE=gbeans99;2097131]never breaks 55C with TAT. 34C idle of recent. about 23-25C in my room.
Chip is fully lapped, I lapped the base of the enzotech over. and properly applied the thinnest layer of AS5 i could to the pipes and Al heatsink. Liquid Pro was used for the processor though. Delta fan is on low-mid. Full speed I can hit 30-31C.
For Orthos, what's the best priority level to set when testing it? All this while i have been using 1 as a testbed. IS it possible to do an Orthos test in the background while i'm surfing the net, games, etc ?
i'm not sure if 3.50 is compatible with BX2. I use beta 3.80

As for checking latency, someone else might be able to help you out as i do not have the program here.
1 is fine. others say to use 9. and yes it's possible to surf and game. the only thing that happens is that clocks cycles are taken away from orthos and used by the game / whatever ap you are using since orthos usually gets lowest priority.
so in other words, you need to keep a load when doing screenshots or else it underclock on idle. as long the frequency down scale is stable I really wouldn't mind it, as it will save processing power when idle. I myself will always keep a load on the rig as I run folding when pc becomes idle.
It would be nice if C1E would truly disable, that said, it hasn't gimped my OC or had any adverse effects on it. I do lose a hair off my 1m time because of the time it takes the CPU to jump up to full speed from idle @ a 6x multi.
On other motherboards I could toggle power management on and off in windows by switching between "always on" to defeat it, and "minimal power management", to use it.
Well hopefully Intel will release a BIOS with this fix and possibly others that we like not to deal with anymore. Yes you Intel; BIOS update plz, kthx
has anyone had any issues with mushkin redlines and the bad axe2? I think one of my sticks is DEAD, since the board will only boot with one of the sticks and beeps 3 times with the other, which tells me it can't properly detect that stick. I wish had another pair of DDR2 ram. I guess it's time to buy a cheapo pair for testing purposes.
