default fans, supplied with the case.

Lian-Li PC-P50B case, sidewindow cut, top cover cut to place radiator.
SSD and CD are hidden in single slot, so default fan stays in the middle.

Looks to me like there is a dark area at the exterior back of the case not to mention the tubing is routed out the rear up top. I would assume he is using a rad mount on the rear case fan location and its mounted vertically on the rear of his case. :up:
