Like your reservoir. Isn't it gathering loads of dust/other sorts of pollution into your water though?

Hey AuroraProject. I've been looking on-line for those bolts of yours and I can't find any. I'll check my local hardware stores when I have time but for now could you post pics of those bolts. Also What did you mean by "I tapped the rad to 6-32 prior to assembly and did you have to buy the rubber washers seperate?

These are socket cap allen screws:

Go to http://www.mcmaster.com/ and search through their listings, I know they carry them. I bought some 1.5" but they turned out to be too long, so get 1.25". The radiator came with self tapping sheet metal screws, but that wasn't going to work for me, so using a tap I cut 6-32 threads in the radiator mounting holes. The rubber washers were bought from performance pc's, but I think you could get them from McMasters for a lot less.

The first one there, capacity 0-1/4". I have an adjustable t-handle tap wrench, covers lots of sizes.

Edit: I guess I have a straight handle, just like the one you have highlighted.
