You tell us man. The 060x are all pretty good. I dont know how 0607 is versus 0601 though. There's only a handful of 0607 results around. Looking forward to having another one ;)

85% humidity this is going to suck but whatever
LMAO AFI. I'll be joining you tommorow. Hopefully i can crack 360 htt cold this time :) and take down the record if you don't break it now.
Maybe I should start SSing :D
Do it to it :)
f'n cold bug on a "BH" can my luck get any worse?
Yeah it's gonna bug of course, but where does it occur?
I can boot 3ghz-ish at 1.55v. 3.2 doesn't boot at 1.7v
load sp2004 and clockgen to 3.2 at 1.55 and it runs
any voltage up to 1.7 loaded in windows I can't get 3.25 even with 200mhz mem
Your kidding me.......You know what AFI i had to run a really weak drive on phase with mine.........Have you played with drive strengths while cold?Quote:

Playing with it now. What should I try? I was running 3/3 and tried 3/1 3/auto 7/3 and 7/2 like jimi suggested.
I run 0/0 in the ati board on phase where normally with my 2 gig set i run 6/6 I hit the wall at 330 with 6/6 dropped to 0/0 and it went to 350.
I'm on an expert 7/2 7/4 7/3 auto/auto 1/1 3/3 3/1 3/auto all did nothing.
:( I can't even begin to guess what the dfi expert eqivalent would be to this board if even weakest settings didn't work
3200 is completely stable and runs 8m with a normal time. My 3dmark scores are trash though. I'm about to sell CPU and expert :(
my 3dmark score was horrible too :(Quote:

yeah 84.21s kinda suck. I kicked my ram speed up and everything look ok, waiting for it to end. 554/1340 on a 7800GT isn't supposed to score 9k when you've done 9.5k same gpu clocks and 2.85 cpu.
bummer that chip is bugged for you man. You'll find a workaround for it if there is one though.
Sorry to hear that AFI.
Windows starts crashing around 3.23 :( Kinda odd that my 170 crapped out at the same place. Though I could run half of 3dmark with that and it crashed at the exact clock my ram walls at. This I get a windows error for one instance of pi over 3.23ghz
Gosh this is really extreme...
Most of you are getting 3GHz out of the chips, and you're far from happy with them.
I wish i could get one x2 3800+ wich could do 3gigs.
Currently 3000+@ 2.8GHz and pretty satisfied, it doesn't reach 3Ghz, but i don't care got a pretty good overclock and performance here.
Be happy people, when i eventually buy one of those x2 i'll be jumping up and down if i get one that's 3GHz stable. No matter how many volts.
Mine currently is taking 1.65v (damn chip won't even do 2.9 with 1.8v), cause this way i can get from the normal 42ÂșC to 60 without crashing in the middle, getting ready for summer temps :)
Eversor thats on DI.........And you should expect alot from DI. I ran mine up to 3.5gig...........Which is why he's bummed out.
Man, my LDBHE 0601TPMW is HARD to figure out. This chip's behavior is completely sporadic. Sometimes it will prime for hours and fail as soon as i open a song with WMP. And then i can close WMP, reset SP2004, and it runs fine.
Sometimes it will prime for like 5 minutes, fail, and then i reset it and it can't go more than 30 seconds no matter what i do.
I used to need 1.58 for 2.9 Ghz and 1.60 for 2.95 Ghz, and the latter would fail.
Now i am doing 1.53 for 2.9 Ghz and 1.56 for 2.95 Ghz, but i can't get it to prime at 2.96 Ghz even with 1.6v.
So.. the paste is setting in or it's responding to burn in or something, because it's working @ lower voltage, however, i have a major wall past 2.95 Ghz and it will not prime with more volts.
i've actually got 3 LDBHE 0604 CPMWs sitting around here...anyone have any data on those?
dave
Nope Dave, i've googled it a few times before, can't find anything on 0604.
i guess i'll have to eat one outta stock and give it a test run.
lordy. need to dump them to get more 170s... :)
