evil and iandh, those are pretty amazing dude. Great design and great craftsmanship. How are they made? milled out of solid AL or milled as straight piece then bent? If that's asking too much then forget I ever asked, it doesn't detract from their quality.

They're milled out of solid 6061 aluminum bar. There are three different holding jigs with four machining steps.

Yea, I do but they're all sitting in a spare fittings tote, I wish block makers would stop including barbs.:mad: I'm not an XS Lemming that worships barbs or compressions, I travel the road of the push-in and shall continue to for quite some time...although, I do plan 1 build with some nice Koolance 3/8" x 1/2" comps. :D

hey i dont mind them throwing in the fittings as long as they dont charge us for them :up:

well when ever you need some clamps for you non comps you know where to go ;) :ROTF:

Yeah they are machined out of solid aluminum bar stock.

You should see the machine run... it literally makes the floor shake when it's cranking full speed.

really impressive machine... watched the video and I am in awe :D, I cant wait to see the CNC plasma cutter run that I've got for my current build :up:

So if they are made of out solid aluminum block, isn't that a lot of waste afterwards? Do you recapture the shavings and melt them down to reuse it?

I expect that an efficient layout can make many clamps out of one block of ALU
