Lowering your drive strengths will definitly give you higer frequencies. Set your twr to 6 or even 7 and up your tref to 7,8 when aiming for higher freq.
Good luck!

SuAsDu omg your insane.. keep pushing. any chance to run other benches?
Congratz, your da man ;)
btw, i will give that drive strengths tweak a shot today
Quick update on my 65w 5200. It's currently at 3120Mhz at 1.375v in the bios, although CPUZ shows 1.4v with a small v droop most of the time. RAM is at 312Mhz 4-4-4-12-24. At these settings I've run Orthos blend for an hour, with max temps hitting ~60 degrees, although this is in quiet mode. With the exhaust fan running faster, temps drop 4 degrees or so.
I know 1.4v is stock for the 6000 chips but I was hoping I'd be able to use less voltage to hit my goal of 3.2Ghz.
/Edit/ I can run both Orthos blend and CPU test for 1 hour with no errors or signs of instability but SuperPi craps out after a few minutes? Does this happen to anyone else? What part of my setup is the weakness?/Edit/
First tests for my F3 5200+ CCB8F 0719 XPMW on an asus m2n-sli del, stock cooler:
bios vcore 1.3v -> prime stable @ 3Ghz, finished 1M spi @3.1Ghz.
I'll keep u updated
My chiller lives!!
I'm chasing you now SAd.. :D Just did a 21.8 1M pi @ 3.83ghz Which seems right in line with your IPC with similar ram timings. I think we're really at our limit here as far as pushing the mem controller @ these clocks goes.
I'm currently confirming a few concerns about my chiller before I take it to -10(from about +2c atm) or so, then I'll up the juice and clocks
Wish me luck!
now there's a coincidence :)
Too warm at night for air here so I switched to water.....but these core temp differences are killing my OC I'm sure.
Idleing at 4c & 21c respectively  with 1.55v (board max)
3760mhz completed Pi in 22.9 secs :) So I'm chuffed.
Not quite as klassy as you guys yet but almost.......congrats on the Pi times guys.....awesome :)
Got the stepping off the 6000+ when I switched blocks too.

chilly water I hope looking at those temps or you better put some serious clothing on.
That seems in line with what I was getting at 20c Pi load peak temp (of course.. at the end of pi) that's what I posted the 3.8ghz time with.
Hence why I've invested in the aircon chiller project. With a coldbug at below -10, a +20c load temp was never going to have a crack at WR's
Some good progress!

New X2 pi WR? (...just, after a 2 day old one from SAD  )
PErhaps more importantly, depending on your point of view I guess... After at least an hour of reboots, and tinkering it all paid off..
New AMD CPU-Z WR!?: 4222MHz

Goal one, complete.
Now it's up to you SAD to pip the Pi time enough to bring the gold there.. I honestly can't squeeze an inch more out of it in pi, The only thing that'll do it is a more robust cooling setup.. I really think the pelt just can't take it.. it's amazing the cold bug is somewhere below -20c it seems now.. @ 270+HTT which is just sublime.
Considering a DI run next weekend as a result, so see what tricks you can pull.. I took my timings down as low as yours, but before I had a chance to try anything tighter, the condensation got too much for my weak insulation job
:toast: Congrats on the new all time AMD WORLD RECORD!:toast:
mAJORD thats a nice record :yepp:
Very nice!
CONGRATS mAJORD! Knew one of you could do it. Now It's just the SP1 WR for AMD left! AWSOME!!
Try it on DICE! 5GHz next :)
Congrats mAJORD!!
To bad my 6400+ isn't up to par yet.

Still workin on it though. I have alot of settings to play with so, things are looking good. BTW, this is with vcore set to auto and coretemp 27*c idle.
Btw mAJORD, why dont you make a topic at Xtreme Overclocking :p
nice!!
all you need is a fresh install and maybe some tweaks to break that 21.21s!
you're right, I checked hwbot.org but ripping has kingping listed. it's a tough goal, but you will make it majord!
great wr :toast:
Thanks guys
Yeah the 20.8 is quite a way away. I honestly think it's possible though with stronger cooling.
Load temp at the end of a pi run is about -1 as it stands.. 4.06ghz makes it to about loop 10 before crashing out.. go figure.
They don't seem to care about AMD Wrs in there.
mAjord - Damn!!!
Dude.. that is AWESOME!!! Its really unbelievable how you got 4.222Ghz, and how you got 21.469. We need to chat soon and compare notes :D
I have been so swamp. I have was playing with Spi32mb like on Friday, and been focuing on beating the X2 wr.. I'm at like 18m59s :( Still short of the overall AMD WR by like 15s.
Expect some new scores from me by like monday or so.
Oh.. as for the cold bug.. aslong as I can keep on of the cores above -30c via CoreTemp, it doesn't cold bug :)
Great job again mAJORD!!
SAD
Cheers SAD, I haven't tried a 32mb run yet due to the time it takes, and heatsoak hehe. Sounds like we both have our own problems with the different cooling methods.. yours staying above -30, and mine staying low enough under load.. need to find a happy medium :yepp:
Some more tweaking
http://img211.imageshack.us/img211/530/x2piwr2sr6.jpg
Sorry I haven't been able to post RAM timings with the SS, For some reason when I try to run 2 instances of CPU-Z for the screenshot I get a shutdown
I can tell you thoough I'm running the 14x multi @ 800 hence a /7 divider.. = around 574Mhz however, despite the almost 100Mhz difference our times are very similar IPC wise.. in other words not scaling well with ram clock beyond 500mhz.. perhaps CAS3 is the answer
majord.. le tme first to congrats for breaking into the 20's.. Kingpin is the only other person to accomplish that feat!!!
SAD
Congrats again mAJORD! Awsome sp1! Some more tweaking and you'll have it.
Very happy soldner, though In remounting everything and firing it back up in the hope to push the envelope a little further I instead have somehow knocked about 50mhz off my stable (pi stable) overclock :(, I'm totally stumped at what i've done, My temps are all identical give or take. SO unless I can get back where I was exactly, Until significant cooling improvments this is definatly it till then hehe. Every Mhz counts... so close it's frustrating.
I might throw some other benchies at it in the meantime :)
