Well, I have a acrylic one but I can't use it because it's a Monday morning or Friday afternoon part (screwed up beyond repair). There have been a couple builds where the options (which go beyond the 3.5" bay mounting) the Alphacool top provides would have been nice to have.Quote:

Nickel plating on the EK Ram block is beautiful compared to the the dull MIPS one but they are both good. Its just the EK Ram block has more Bling Bling. My 2 cents.

All hooked up, some 90deg compression fittings on the way for a tidyup session. Happy with its performance though, flatlined 40deg C @ 3.82 loaded for an hour with only a TFC240 rad with 4 fans :D. Seems like the venerable EK Supreme likes having 2 DDCs.

How is it you mounted the cooler, what model number, and also how well does it work?? I had to cut the out the heat pipe out and remove the NB cooler on my MSI 785GM-65 when I used my modded cooler for DreamCatcher AM3.Quote:

yes, those 16/12mm ek fittings are compatible with both blocks. I scratched 1 fitting while testing if it fits on hk 3.0 some month ago :)
