GX-Badangel@ Have you had any problems with you're sunbeam fancontroller what so ever?? Are you useing it on fans with leds on them.. Just useing it for the fans..
I have one just like it, but two of my outputs are dead and if i adjust the speed down once the leds start to blink.. Have to contact sunbeamtech about it, but i havent gottn to it yet

That is the most awesome thing i have ever seen! i want!
Welcome aboard jjsky5000 that is an awesome build; how you got all that in there is an amazing feat.
jjsky5000 you scared the hell out of me. I thought the 80's was coming back to haunt me with my old ghetto blaster! Awesome job btw!
Well it was very hard. I about quit three times. i am glad i kept going. I am now cleaning the cuts it up abit with some UV trimming. I wanted to use my 1/2 green but i could get teh loops small enough to bend nicly so i went with 3/8. It is cool and powerful what more can you ask for.
full work log here on how it was all put in.

:welcome: jjsky5000! :D
That's one hell of a work, man!
@ jjsky5000 - Man that is one of the flat out coolest and most inventive projects I have ever seen. I'll admit that at first I only saw the top picture you had posted, and I wasn't quite sure what I was looking at. After I saw the other two, I just had to go look at your worklog for it. The scope of vision and creativity here are absolutely amazing. To not only turn the boombox into a mod for a water cooled rig, but to also allow the original shape and visual scheme of the boombox to be held, while enhancing it in subtle and creative ways, AND having the system be effective, I'm just at a loss for how you came up with this. Well done!:clap::clap::clap::clap:
wOw VERY NICE IDEA jj great work there
jjsky5000, great retro mod! :D
Respect dude, that's SO flucking beautiful! :eek2:
wow jjsky great job man
Updated added link to worklog & video
Thanks. You should see the work log. I wasnt sure how I was going to fit it all in!!!! I kept testing pieces before i put them in (lol)

Nice job Pisti
thank you szik.
@ Jay78 -- love your color scheme! Nice clean tubing routing, br4d.
And, while I hate to nag ... please remember that only 4 pics are allowed in this section. If you'd like to show more, then please include a link to another gallery or include thumbnails. Thanks!
oh, i'm sorry. i modified my post, there's only 4 pics now.
Thanks, br4d! Just trying to keep things tidy ;) That's a very nice gallery you linked to!
I'll also make a note here to encourage people to post their work logs as well. It's good to have a broad range of projects in the work log section, so people shouldn't hesitate to do a work log because they think their project isn't complicated. It's also a good place to get feedback and suggestions, and you can include many more pics! OK ... public service announcement over ... back on topic!
Yes, yes Malik, nobody has forgotten your incredible workmanship haha.
BTW, when are you going to get that awesome RAM block on? Did you get it yet?
---
br4d! Nice HAF! It reminds me that I need to take pictures of mine! I still haven't... :/
thanks wezly!
i want to put my mo-ra 2 to the right side panel soon, and if it's ready, i make new pictures.
Every time I see things hanging off the sides I cringe. I hate doing it off the back with my current HAF config and I am dreading doing it to my Raven RV-01, but I may have to.... Oh well, maybe I'll just suck it up and build a rad cage and.... yeah..... gears are turning hahaha.
Good luck with that!

my cpu block's not so good, but i like the core's temps.
um yep, he's right lol.
a very nice picture plastek!! :D
pardon my ghetto studio, i'm not a professional photographer, photos taken with flash :D

Loving the monsta, ridney. That's one of the few radiators I've seen that actually looks good outside the case - and it goes well with the size case you used. Nice shots.
Ridney, you may not be a professional photographer but the rig looks pretty damn pro for sure. Great work man! If I may how did you attach the Rad to the back of the case like that?
Thanks guys. Detale, i only used 4 x M5 50mm length bolts to mount the rad :)
Yes it looks good... I feel for the fan that's holding up all that weight....
i'm glad that it turned out positively. at first, i was hesitant with my rad choice basing from all the monsta love that i have been reading here, but in the end i made the right choice. i really love it.
thank you all for the nice compliments, especially from you guys who are exceptional modders, i'm greatly honored :D

Recently made some cuts to the Thermaltake Armor (enlarged the holes in the top plastic piece, made holes for the cpu backplate, mobo 6pin power connector, 24pin power connector, and gpu pci-e cables, and enlarged the 4 vertical holes at the side of the front bays so molex connectors could fit through them) and painted the whole thing black.

I have some lighting, LED's coming this week to lighten it up a little. I am also going to convert my side panel into a side window, might put a fan through it. Just not sure yet.

Added some more UV CCFLs.... he he, not much of an update.

Very beautiful rig schlingel, more pics please.
Meticulous attention to detail Schingel.......first class!
Yeah, looks nice. Will wait for full setup pics
Very nice build Schingel, got any more pics? =)

original driver + modded windows file:

but thats another topic ;)
This is my rig with the new 5870 cards and EK water blocks. I run 2 loops in my system and decided to use 2 different colors. Thats a 180 mm fan attached to the Antec 200mm Radiator and yes I know its aluminum before anyone starts to rant and rave about mixed metals.Been running this way for 6 months, recently took block apart and no visual damage whats so ever. I use distilled water with ptnuke.
running crysis with everything turned up to the max cards never hit 45c.
ah, omg, i love it... give it to me please.
Yeah, white tubs and cords are so awesome + white fan....
@ 1337_alpha - What coolant is that?
@ Scor12 - You have soooo nice and clean pictures!
But uhm.. i couldnt help notice that you mounted your cpu block the wrong way? Was this intentional?
