Hey guys,
I just installed my motherboard still BIOS F2.
Wanted to know which is the best BIOS as of right now?? so i can flash to the good one :P
Thanks guys
Final BIOS will be out 1 hour time.
-Support GIGABYTE TouchBIOS
-Support Intel 22nm CPU
Flashed to F5 bios and ran Touch bios without issue, so far so good !!
How do you enable Touch Bios?
you have to download it, its an application
sin0822 , according to you which bios is the most stable for overclocking, i just updated to f5 and i BSOD when trying to prime after 5s with 5ghz and 1.52V, maybe my chip is bad i dont know.
But id like to have the best bios to work with . Thanks
F3H. would be nice you read above and all the thread, new bioses has been a pain for all of us i didnt try F5 but just for what u say i just guess its the same
my experience with newer bioses is
i passed tests or just use the PC on X volts LOAD...then i go to newer bioses put that exact LOAD volts or more and BSOD test BSOD idle...painfull
test the one i say
cheers
Sergio
Here is modded F3h with:
1. Intel® RAID ROM 10.6.0.1091
2. Realtek LAN ROM 2.41
Trying the Z68XP UD5 board.
Impressions so far:
Clocks memory higher and requires less vdimm.
That is the only plus I have seen so far.
Requires more vcore for same CPU clocks.
Will not boot the 2 56x chips I have using x56. Need to use 55 and raise blck, but not very stable.
I started at 55x and just played with memory clocks and timings. At first I was very impressed....then I tried 56x with no luck. So I installed the second 56x chip and still refuses to make it to windows.
thanks stasio all the bioses with the 10 levels of multilevel llc have been crap for me but the f3h just has the 2 levels like the old bioses had and thats all whats needed best bios for me since f7e and thats a while back
