For burning in you want to find a decent stable overclock (I chose 2808@1.45) and lower the volts .05-.1 (or until prime lasts for 0-5mins on the weaker core). Then what you want to do is run a program called CPUburn on the "K7" setting for long periods of time, at first your CPU will start to suck but after that it will get a little better. Make sure to load both cores
About the MAL/RP, that is max async latency/read preamble dram settings in the BIOS. If your system gets stuck at the "verifying dmi pool" screen when using certain dividers, mess with these 2 settings until you can boot past this screen. There doesn't seem to be an exact science to it, sometimes you have to loosen them and sometimes tighten.. Some boards won't boot with certain dividers no matter what though, like my previous :banana::banana::banana::banana:ty ultra-d
