MFloX,
Where did you get that mounting bracket for your pump?
Nice looking setup.

I took this last week off and put together my new rig. I have to give thanks and credit to Theorie and his rig. I have totally stolen and used his ideas to my benefit. :D Enjoy the pics...
Here's my original setup in a Silverstone TJ06 case.

It was a good case but airflow in the top chamber was really bad. Only ventilation was my psu. And, as you can see, I was using most available space.
Here's the new setup in a Silverstone TJ07 case.

My dirty ass burner all stealthed out. It's amazing what the camera picks up.

My cleverly hidden mess of wires. Fans are all controlled with the the TBan BigNG. BEST fan controller ever!!!

Pretty happy with the way it turned out. Took more work to get everything the way I wanted than I thought it would, but that's ok. It was fun. This case is great to work in and on. Everything is screwed together. There are only a couple rivets in the whole thing. So, it makes it real easy to pull something off and mod it if needed.
Specs are in sig
I bet someone is going to comment on the 90 degree barbs...
I used to run two 90* barbs. They really did hurt flow. Not TERRIBLY but they hurt it enough.
Try blowing through one, then through a straight barb. You'll be like, "wow, that really is restrictive."
Some guy calculated that a 90 degree barb was like adding an extra foot of tubing. I think its more than that though. Its important to not have sharp bends and 90 degree barbs, because they will cause turbulence and restriction.Quote:

Temps are at 37c idle and 53c load @ 1.425v in bios, 1.38v in CPUZ, with 4 instances of SP2004. I think I can live with a couple 90's on the loop.
@Sideroxylon: why not put some window and lights there, it would look much cooler :D (P.S. TJ07 is my favorite case, props for getting it ;) )
I might put a window in the side but not so much for looks as for functionality. My last setup ended up developing a leak that I didn't find for weeks due to not being able to see inside the case. I'm going for the 'clean and sleek' look not the 'look at me I got bling' look. We'll see how it works out. As with all of my rigs, it's a work in progress.Quote:

mflox, where did you get that aero cool fan with the silver blades, how much, and do you like it?
Would it be harmful to mount the rad sideways?Quote:

Be cause the Gigabyte 3d aurora has holes cut like that and it would just make everything cleaner and easier.
I can't wait till my h20 stuff and case get here.
Nope it'll be fine. You can mount a rad any way you'd like :)
It´s an Aerocool SilverLightning:Quote:

I see, that they´re really expensive in America, here i bought them for about 7€/Fan. They look really great in action, an are very silent, too. Here some more impressions:

Whoa, how the hell did you get the gpu-mosfet hose to turn like that?? Looks entirely unnatural. Very nice
It looks really like thermaltake... not good. The res, its just so, thermaltake...Quote:

sideroxylon, I think 90s are death in your situation because they look like CRAP!!! Seriously get rid of them, it ruins the awesomeness!
LOL. Killing the flow is one thing but looking bad is entirely different. I don't think I'm going to get rid of them though. It makes routing the tubing so much easier. I do wish I could find some chrome 90's but last time I checked I couldn't find any. Maybe I could paint them black or something.Quote:
