speaking german is clearly an advantage in the next few hours :D;)
The 1 million dollar question is: can it reach 1000Mhz on gpu at stock volts and of course can it play Crysis maxed out? :)
theres no "slow speed board" sticker on it. yeah! :p
1600?
GPU-z must be wrong

gpu-z:

from the same guy as the photos above.
however, i think gpu-z doesn't detect the proper data yet.
*edit*
bl4ckdr4g00n beat me to it. i'm getting old and slow :p:
That means gtx570 gonna screw HD6970 in 3Dmark Vantage
3dmark is not everything.
But some what disappointed.

Vantage sucks, it loves Nvidia, it uses PhysX (you can still disable it, I know).
It is really no longer valid as a gaming benchmark.
We need some DX11 benches, anyway.
3DMark 11:

6970 3DMark11 Performance

Too slow. :p:
He was linked the new drivers, perhaps he will give them a try. These seem a bit old.
Hmmm, i am disappointed, i expected more shaders. 6870 crossfire is a better buy, if you have 2 slots open.
Is those results are true, then... wtf lol, that's like 10% better than a 6870, judging from this review: http://www.hardwarecanucks.com/forum...-review-9.html
So what happened to that 40% faster ? if it doesn't do better in games its fail.
If its price and performance match GTX 580 it's not more fail than GTX 580, right? It's not like this card came out one year after 580 or anything.
This is a brand new architecture, remember that. And he uses a driver that's been released more than 2 weeks before the release of both the benchmark he runs and the card he uses.
Well, the performance seems to be quite far from it, judging these results.
