Congrats guys , thanks for the 2mil miley notification b2urb.
Hixie how many vm's you running on 1gb then if B_S is running 11 you must have that rig strangled?, i can squeeze 14 into 1gb if i have no intention of using the rig :D.
PING ON!! :toast:
well, see, my uptime is usually 12 hours a day at MOST. huge disadvantage. its my parents' fault. also, many times if im actually using my compy for something other than email/AIM/web/OOo, i can't run as many VMs. also, between QMC and MJ12, i either lose virtually all runnability with 11 VMs or forced to only run 10. speaking of MJ12, i just blew by you mely ;)
I have 13VMs running on 1GB of RAM. Set to 3 Teams, two teams of 5 and one team of 3. When i'm not using my computer i switch the last team of 3 on.
I don't really need to switch the last 3 off most of the time if i'm just checking my e-mail or surfing the net. It's when i'm watching a movie, photoshoppping or have more than 5 firefoxes open. Then switching the last 3 off, would result in alot less cursing from me.
DragonOrta passes 10,000,000

congrads guys, keep it up!
grats to rinsewand for bbqing my ass :)
Cheers! you knew it was coming! Took longer than id thought though, turned out to be a good lil fight! gunna try and get my production up to a solid 60k/day soon, I have a sudden urge to try and get into the top 100 in the project...
Gunna pick up that new motherboard today, hopefully have that installed by the weekend... wonder if i can make 65k a day :)
RwD
gpcola becomes #5 on the team! Congrats on the hard earned pass gpcola.
My agents have been having really shoddy production, so I have a feeling that Comcast is having their fun with my connection after I've had a bit of fun with it. I'll probably keep at least 10 agents on both of my machines, but that might be it.
Thanks DragonOrta :D
You were able at one point to keep me in check quite easily, producing about 280k or more one one occasion, so it surprised me that you weren't able to keep me off your back... I'm sorry to have to take that spot from you - I know you must have worked hard to get there!
We will both be licking our wounds again shortly though, when Dak pushes his way through to 5th. Haltech is going to have to watch his back too methinks because it won't take Dak long to make 10M at this rate :p:
Congrats to Dak who is in 5th place!! Keep on producing!!
Nice pass Dak - those are some great numbers you're producing!! :D
Sorry my output has dropped off today - I've been setting up a new sempy 3000 (skt939) to replace the P4 2.8 in my server. I had planned to retire the P4 1.4 and replace it with the 2.8 but I think I just killed the mobo :( :brick:
At least the sempy is running strong - had it at 2.8 with 1.5v earlier but dropped it back to stock for the moment as I want to burn it in with rosetta for a few days :D

OMG... You may well have a chance to do that DO... I'm having the worst possible luck with my rigs atm :eek:Quote:

My X2 workstation decided to crap out on me with disk errors appearing out of no where and killing XP in the process. I just finished reinstalling XP after about 3 or 4 hours of trying to figure out how to install raid drivers without a floppy drive
The new sempy is constantly flaking out on me. It'll run for half an hour then just lock up for no apparant reason. I'm not sure if its software or hardware related yet cause I've been trying to sort the X2, but it's running bone stock so I have a feeling it's software.
As they say...it never rains, but it pours...
:(
I beleive the saying is "When it rains, it pours". Give 64-bit linux a try on that sempy. Might help solve probs, do better in Rosetta, and less hassle (I would think).
Bad luck gpcola but would it make you feel better if i said you arent the only one. :(. My celery decided it wanted to run at 70C so i've spent all my free time re-ziptying the BT-TT too it. My AN7 got a short and burnt out despite running fine for the last few months where it is. I have now replaced it with my NF7-M only too be faced with BSOD's @ stock. The new 3700 i bought for £25 had 10 pins missing but i fixed that and now my K8V decides it doesn't like my memory so i think i'm binning this board. Just too top it off my old router melted. All of this in the middle of my GCSE exams means it is taking forever to fix things.
That would explain your pie riptide and also i was right on the edge of the top 10 now B2urB is about to re take me. However if he does i may have to skip sleeping and at least get 10 vm's going again....I may even go to work next week too buy a new AM2
PING ON...i certainly wish i could :( :toast:

I may not retake you tho,
Baaaaahhhh. My pie can be explained by my actions and no others. It is also down to destiny. There are things in the works to ensure my pie on a consistent basis.. although like yesterday.. some days will be bad. Just got another machine up and running. (But parallels won't work on it so gonna try VMware tonight)Quote:
