Just received confirmation of delivery from Dabs.Com for my 4400+ and I should get it either on Mon or Tues.
Glad I ordered it when I did as their next batch of 4400+ aren't due for another 3-4 weeks according to their site :)
Mwave has them in stock now:
https://www.mwave.com/mwave/ViewProd...essors+%2D+CPU
Gladiator say the 4800 is 6-8 days late - they were due in this week. :(
Have sold my FX55 too, so back to the old workhorse 2.4 northwood for me for a couple of weeks!
I want a 4400+ so much. But it's just too damn pricey.
I hope it will be priced same as a Boxed 3700+ SD in a month or two.
Yup, lower cache is less heat so they will OC better because of the lower heat output.Quote:

They also showed in their computer that
http://www.outpost.com their online site does have stock
of 30 or so pieces now, though when I look on their www site myself now that I'm
home I see outpost hasn't updated that into their customer accessable site yet.
So if anyone's looking for the retail X2 4400 give outpost a call or look next week
in Fry's.
Fry's SKU 4462236 $599.99; I assume Outpost may be the same SKU / price.

Ok, sounds like a plan then DrunkenMaster :)
got one tonight... 4200+ ... but check the default Vcore. :D

Even though the CPUs are expensive, its still works out as a cheaper option when you concider there isn't much of a performance hit (i.e. 1 core per user, as opposed to buying a single core pc for each user).
Does anyone know whats happening with the X2s from komplett? It still says 49 due for yesterday ??
Newegg is out of control and selling the 4400 x2 for $719....jesus...that's insane!
^^ Thats fairly cheap for UK price. :(
you seen their FX57 price? Over $1300!! They have lost it and gotten greedy.Quote:
