So 450/1200 @ 25°c is faster than 450/1200 @ 50°c?

Actually, at 42C load, my cards clock at around 470/1260. Then, with load at 25C, I can hit around 500/1280 or so. The ambient temp of the chilled water is about 12C.

GREAT scores....

You smoked me in '03... that 500mHz CPU lead over me and that GT1 just kills my 24.1k......

I've still got you in '05, probably from WinXP/Rivatuner tweaks....

I dont have any tweaks, just overclock core and mem with Rivatuner

Well... just a few of the obvious ones...set bench to "realtime" and set LOD BIAS to "3". That alone will let you take out my '05 score :D
And polish up your XP a bit... set theme to "classic" and "best performance", remove wallpaper and set to 16b color....

yeah, probably. I used LOD3 and something else in Rivatuner, just can't remember what... I'm not much into Nvidia drivers and tweaks...

Arnar, you destroy my GT1 results. I wish I had an FX, right now. FX does a better job on the first test than the plain A64 (CPU intensive test). But, on latter tests, higher video clocks make up a bit of ground, since they are more video intensive. I think the higher clock and bigger cache of the FX definitely helps the first test.

EVA2000, what was your FSB on 03? I could look at the result, but the FSB on that is usually inaccurate. I ran most of mine around 302-305 FSB with 2.5-3-4-9 timings. I wonder if tighter timings are better than higher bandwidth on some tests. Your GT1 is better than mine. I guess it could also be that I push my cards a little past prime, since the other three tests more than make up for the loss on the first test.

Great score. Anything approaching 11K is a very respectable score. And, that's with GT's and your CPU at 2.4 GHz. Not bad at all!

all my settings/fsb are in compare url descriptions ;) you folks should do the same just save base description in txt file and copy and past after submission :D
