Great memory, Dumo! :up:
There was a saying from other vendor" memory for life " or something like this,guess it applies in this case :D
My better set with low-freq Haswell:

M6I doesn't go nuts when training with VDIMM that high?
Asrock OCFM Z87 also can take 1,9v on my bbse easily, but this works on good mems also on M5G and Extreme
In the process of binning my BBSE now, lots of rejects. I can only hope one of the kits this thread is about shows up for sale somewhere.
Most of the kits here either "55"ed or retired
I got 6X2g and only 3pcs survive
Speaking of 55...http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/...=1#post5220571 :rolleyes:
Forever 55 means dead stick not merely because of tight settings:)
That's it though, they aren't dead. They just don't like 7-9-7 lol
1.97V runs were at the top end of the stable voltage range, anything higher would start failing 32M on random, and 2.00V wouldn't even train.
It's normal that BBSE don't like high voltage, when pushing with them on Ivy with high clocks, you might sometimes notice that the tighter you go, the lower max stable voltage becomes.
How the hell did you manage to kill BBSE, Roy?
I've been running PSC and BBSE at 1.9V+ for hundreds of hours on air and never damaged, let alone killed, anything.
55 might also be down to worn out contact pads, I get this on "first insertion" of my 2133C8 kit from time to time.
I have one set spare...if somebody interested......
Black or green pcb Stasio?
8155 or 8117 if green pcb
Thanks
Black pcb.

Just scored a set of these on Flea-Bay for $49.99.
Good deal, I still have two sets of the CL7 I am never giving up.
First test with these, AFAIK these are my only BBSE that can pass the tight 2400 preset on Maximus VI Extreme.

Struggling to run 2600 CAS8. Suggestions?
http://i947.photobucket.com/albums/a...ps3e0cf2fd.jpg
I see two possible reasons:
- IMC can't do 1300 on PSC/BBSE at 1.15 IO/SA;
- wrong timings - what you're running is a PSC profile and, from my experience, BBSE don't like running too loose;
You can also try reopening pi.exe and giving 32M another shot, sometimes it helps.
Some BBSE love, ps their your rejects Sam :D
