Sorry man, but we don't roll like that no more. We either go in all guns blazin' (like in the HWBot Country Cup Competition) and maybe have a good placement (don't care about the prizes that much), or we stay out, if participation is not possible. In this case, participation is not possible. Sold the killer retail i870 some while ago, other guys also sold their 670, 530, Pentium G6950 and so on (SB is comin, time to do some serious LGA 1156 clean-up before all LGA 1156 is worthless). So for us, this compo is to late, we only have ES chips left (i870, i875K, i650, i655K) for future articles, so no way we can get in with those.

Nevertheless, I am sure it's gonna be a very interesting competition with lots of nice surprises, so I will watch it closely. :up:

fair enough man, i can understand and admire the all or nothing standpoint :)

i can do a bit higher under SS 262 :) with 860 and 260 with 540 (now it's dead)

my 860s both goes stronger than 540 and 650 and 670 :)

max mem on air cpu and memory done today (killed one of the my best sticks DAMN), maybe we will see 3000 in this competition ? :D

Submitted 245 --> update within half an hour...submitted 251 2 times but no update after 4 hours :( Now subtmitted 250 and goin' to bed...after more testing my 655K seems to do better than my 530 :shocked:
