lol...well that's obvious, I meant that everything is in the same place it was, heatsink, socket, dimm slots, pci-e slots, etc. No radical layout changes.

IMHO it's still not a digital PWM. DrMOS based analog with Hi-c CAPs.

Very nice indeed. 8 Sata ports is great since I have 7 drives which, in my M4A79T required a addition RAID card. I'm very interested in this board, I just hope it has nice stable voltages and is around $200.

Please Asus.. puleeeze! Any guesses as to when we will start to see these ROG boards? And what it ROG connect?

If i am not mistaken it is a setup where you can overclock the pc from a cellphone via blue tooth or another pc via usb.

hmmmm i was going to sell my i7 920 + p6t dlx to get a i7 930 + some new mobo ( my 920 sucks eeheh ) ... but now i think i will sell it and go for AMD ... just to change ...

When are the new X6 Phenom's scheduled for launch?

Man they really need to hurry up with these! I got a home for an ASUS Crosshair Extreme and have been sitting on the $$$$ to make it happen all kinds of fast! I am almost as excited as I was when the Saints won the Super Bowl this year! (and alot more sober:ROTF:)WOW, I can't wait!!!!!!! Me and my Watercooled "Thumpin Thuban" Monster! :D Hopefully in time for Crysis 2.

Same, I bought my Crosshair3 a week or two before the 890gx boards came out, I returned it and am sitting on a cheapo board now waiting for the Crosshair4 & thuban. That, add another ssd, and possibly another 5870 here in a few months and that'll be good for me
