Depending on clocks, that could mean several things. For example, at same clocks than previous generation, it would mean 1600SP. With lower clocks, more. With higher clocks, less. Anyway, their final computing performance is going to be the same, because the number of instructions per time unit is going to be the same. That's it, "more than 2 TFLOPS" for Cypress...
Given this info, and the rumored chip size, I'd say 1600SP, but it's the same 1600SP @625 MHz than 1200SP @833 MHz than 2000SP @500 MHz. They're all 2 TFLOPS.
