That can be an issue, though I've noticed that the layout of even the new X58 board is pretty similar. I'm hoping my EK blocks will still be useable if I ever decide to go for one of those.

Well NaeKuh, as I stated before, things get thrown off schedule when an unforeseen problem, such as the "broken" rotaries, arise. Fixing the problem instantly becomes your first priority and other things take a back seat. If I had a dollar for all the times I had to re-setup (after taking that setup off only a few days before) a machine to fix someone else's mistake, I'd have quite a bit of cash. Now, I know there is very little chance of these blocks being run on the same machines but, it's pretty much the same thing as your attention gets distracted from what your supposed to be doing to fixing what was already done. When you finally get back to what your supposed to be doing, you get a little gun shy and take a bit longer making sure everything is right the first time. Then things start to flow like they should again and guess what?.....another screwup. It's almost as predictable as Old Faithful. :ROTF:
Here we have customer's oders already for those blocks..
But they not only order blocks but others items...We need to ship together with whole order out...
From the list I have on my hand now..next week will have all the blocks out...
Sorry for the long delay...
We are all doing all the new projects and solving the issue of our rotary models...
I have rejected those products twice time..because the quality was not what I need.....but now all can be closed to...and we will improve step by step.
When our production flow was ready...all new products will come out under control...
Please read my reply above...Just need to make sure the first one can be fit my expect and then we can ship out those to all of our customers.
I am very sorry for those blocks be delayed long time..
Hmm. So you ship out Monday, shops get them by end of week, and I can buy on the 13th? (I can dream, can't I?) I can't wait much longer than that, need to install my water cooling in two weeks! Keep up the good work Vincent, and here's hoping no more problems!
Thanks for keeping us up to date on the progress Vincent, much appreciated!
yeah thanks vincent,
once again i dont want to sound rude, so please dont take offense to anything ive said.
Well, when you make a good investment, there is no such thing (at least for a good time).
There is no way Im replacing my Striker II specially when Nehalem proves not to be worth at this time (at least 45nm gen)
Omg, dont tell me Im going to have to delay my project one week! Im so sad rigth now...
Probably too early to ask this but, EVGA just put out the new 790 FTW digital board (132-YW-E180-A1) and I am wondering if the NB/SB block will fit it? Also it looks like only one mosfet bank on the 790 digital vs 2 on the other boards. Will your current mosfet block fit this board too?
very nice design~ :)
Vincent, it's good to hear your trying to juggle everything all at once to keep the schedule, prior experience has taught me it's not always the best way to handle it. Hope you don't have any more unfortunate set backs.
Good to hear there are some advances.
Looking forward to the rotaries shipping soon!
hmm maybe a good ddr memory water cooler is in order too...
Hi Vincent. Glad to see these blocks coming to market. Can you tell me if they will be available in Germany and, if so, where? The few places that carry bitspower stuff that I have found here have very little and no blocks or fittings at all.
So Vincent, any update? :D I hope things are going according to plan and you are shipping the blocks out this week, please let us know!
Yeah
Because of something that happened, I will delay my wc project 1 more week, but I wont delay it anymore! I hope the block is out by then...
I have learned it's never safe to say vaporware.
Vincent is quite the manufacturer, I think he will pull it off.
He does some things that I have thought of, some things I wished I had thought of, and some things I never would have thought of. I can't say I've ever had to say all of those things about a manufacturer before. He's A+ in my book. Just wish some prices would go down, or a few sponsorships would walk my way.
Amazing work you do. Keep it up.
