4Gb. Sure it is ok.

These needed 2.150 volts to get prime 95 blend stable for 12+ hours at stock clocks 1200Mhz 5 5 5 15, there was just no way around this for me.
But my system has never been so stable. The cheap ram just wasn't cutting it anymore. Happy with purchase. :D
Hello again to you. Dry ice, 2.6v 1509 MHz 6-9-9-25 EP45-UD3. Acceleration I do not like.

At 1440Mhz 5-5-5-15 2.4v -50-56*С booted windows and super pi 1m, also at 1450.

To be continued :)
Great work man, that is certainly the highest clocks I've seen with these modules (not bad for a 2 x 2GB kit)! What did you use to cool the modules, I realize you used Dry Ice but what did you use for a container (any pictures of the setup)? In anycase that is pretty amazing Highgertz, keep pushing it!

I was at 1000Mhz cas4 with my last Ram. My benches were a decent amount better at 1200mhz 5 5 5 15 not to mention my system is more stable now. I wrote up a page about the gains from this Ram here. http://www.evga.com/forums/tm.asp?m=...55874;
Here is something you don't see around here to often...a realisitic and usable overclock that won't degrade in two months time. it was 75F when I ran this test on air.
The first experimental model, prototype :)

And I thought you were just joking around with me regarding the "ghetto-glass juice RICH", very impressive to say the least! It must be working pretty darn good given your insane clocks on these modules, let us know when the RAM cooler will be available in retail channels! Keep pushing it man!
Got one of these kit for christmas;)

Hey mate this are the ones i have...
i'm runing them 1267 PL8 / AI twister Lighter / 2,09vdimm / NB 1,45 on my Maximus 2 Formula / Q9650 4038 (475x8,5)
I can do stable on the P45 till 1200 PL7 on 2,05 vdimm on x9 multi
they're awesome i have to test more
Cheers
Sergio
i got the same ^
better/worse than the rev before ?
I donīt know, in case someone is wondering this are the same has guess2098 showed in his first post
Sorry, i meant the ones i have
Hey guys
Is it possible to run this mems on more than 2,1 for 24/7 ? say 2,15 or 2,2 ?
Sergio
too hard zsamz for the P45 and the quad...i can do 1267 on CL5 PL8 yes on x9 multi, and 1200 PL7 on 2 - 2,05 and NB 1,41 - 1,45, can't do PL6
for 1200 5-5-4-15 PL8 i managed to pass 9 LinX pass normal test failed on 10 so they need more volts on the P45
quad + 2x2GB too hard for the chipset, much easier on duals
inmo
Or maybe i will have to loose timmings, i'm just runing them 5-5-5-15 the rest auto
Thanks zsamz any tip i appreciatte
Sergio
well i have a dfi board but no p45:eek:
if i set on verry aggressive in memory pulls i wont pass memtest so i set to aggressive n i 'm good
i suggest you chek real volts with multimeter
n dont be afraid to push 1.45v on nb i'm pushing 1.55v on p35
it might be you quad stressing nb too so might be harder
when i go p45 it will be dfi again:D i dont like the performance of all the other p45 boards
for 1300mhz i set timings @ 5-5-5--15-5-56 pl8 2.06v
i dont have skews they different on my board then on p45
thanks zsamz  yes the quad is putting lots of stress specially at 8,5 multi, as i have issues on x9 multi and not on 8,5 i'm there...
will keep trying but yes this mems go up fine till 1300, i want them for 24/7, 1200 CL5 on PL8 at 480x8,5 gives me good bandwith
Cheers
Sergio
to make you guys feel better.. im running mine @ 2.5v
no problemo.. doesnt even get warm
awesome ddr2 kit
