The red ICs are of the older Micron chips family, the good ones were referred to as fatbodies, but those are now discontinued.
The black ICs are the chips that are not of special interest for us overclockers because they don't clock extraordinary.
Finally, the green ones are the chips you should look for, because these are very good for overclocking as they scale well with the applied voltage.
If you're looking for some 24/7 RAM, you should also take into consideration the 2x2GB kits using Powerchip that were announced lately. Just have a look in the RAM section!
