Take your highest stable settings, that is, where you've got high clocks but high Vcore, and lower the voltage 1 notch in the bios. Windows should be stable enough to work normally, it will only error out in games, prime95, benching, etc. Run a program called CPU Burn In with error checking disabled. That way the program will continue to run at 100% load even if it gets errors. Eventually the CPU will "adjust" to the lower voltage.
