Nice rig there... have never seen the 62B before... is it a good case?
And did you have to modify your cardholder to fit the HR-03?

This is a new set-up for a friend. Due to the size of the HSF, i couldn't get 2 of the sticks of RAM in, so I put the fan on the far size blowing through to the back. The fan that was on the back is now down in the front.

Greetings!
I'm gonna order the Scythe Ninja Plus rev.B easy installation
Six 120mm fans (not including the PSU Fan)
two 80mm Fans attatched to a pci slot card holder to flow onto the Graphic card
http://i104.photobucket.com/albums/m...2/DSC00755.jpg
Temps run very cool. Stock Cpu at idle is 31C, the Graphic card idles at 47C. What do you guys think? :)
Me thinks you should get a Thermalright Extreme. Get rid of the fan by your hard drives---it isn't doing anything due to the small holes.
Brendan

(older pic of my case, before i did a bit of cable management)
My thought was because of the fan in the very front of the case blowing on the harddrives that it was probably not getting a lot of air so i thought to add another fan on the other side of the harddrive cage to help force air from one side to another.
I will look into the thermaltake extreme. Is that the full name of the heatsink? Or is it extreme volcano?
Some pics of my latest build for a friend:
The case has zero options to hide cables, so it doesnt look that clean, but I am very happy with the airflow. All components are in sime kind of airstream and the noise isnt really noise.
my new fileserver:
http://img398.imageshack.us/img398/4209/img6892jk9.jpg
^^ Neet
ask him to install the cables and lets see if neat will still be the best word for it ;)
fr3ak which case is yours?
The case in the pictures is a Thermaltake Matrix VX.
The case I am using is a Antec Super Lanboy, but I am in the process of getting a new big tower to fit 2 watercooling loops in it.
That thermaltake case was kind of okay. I wouldnt have bought it, but the owner of the PC liked it. The front fan is kinda noisy, because its humming, the rest of the case is solid and I like the meshed and open front which allows good airflow.
Pull out the metal plated behind and it will be better.
I want to figure out how to hide the cables on my antec 900 ..
I dont know which other case 17.5-18.8" inches tall i would of gotten because there were really none that beat the flexibility. HDD Cages made me get this case really .. otherwise I would of prob goten the TT MidTower Armor. but anyways the Aurora was on my list until I saw the price.
Those Tuniq look sick.. they weigh like 2lbs or 4lbs ? I forgot
I gotta start looking for prices on the scythe ninja plus rev B
Behind the MOBO.
You will likely have to cut the wires and extend them.
Here is my rig:

Its installed right, but the PCI-E slot is low so i gotta put the HD at an angle for all 3 to fit heh.
Just bought the Lian Li expansion bay tho, so im gonna move the drives up to the 5.25" bays.
@ espionix: one xbox 360 next to the system. :slapass:
Today i decided to follow some advice of Highland3r and take my pc out of my case (that and my coolermaster atcs-201 is 5 years old and its showing its age a bit (4*80mm fans))
Here is the results

suggestions? :D
why don't you face the infinity in line with the exhaust fan instead of the psu ? you can move the rams to the black slots instead of yellow for space. cable management needs work. what fan is on the infinity ? if its the scythe stock fan it will be sleeve and be weak to push air upwards horizontally.
yeah stock fan...
"why don't you face the infinity in line with the exhaust fan instead of the psu ?" well it's the way retention module is....

Stock Abit OTES Chipset cooling - AS5 (May lap the contact plate, add AS5 Epoxy to the plate\heatpipe connection)
Mods:
-Placed Plexiglass in bottom and side vents to prevent noise and dust buildup.
-Added aluminum rail onto ETX hole mounts, Used for cable management.
-Added holes in Motherboard for cables
-Painted Interior with textured black paint, texture is like 800 Grit sandpaper.
All fans are 5v / 7v
Its VERY quiet. I'm ~1 Meter away from it right now, And I can only hear my HD clicking every so often.
prospect: does that foam helps to lower noise and vibrations etc...
@ kevinbo03: realy nice uv-effects. :)
@ _Prospect_: is your case not a little bit too small?? :D
Here's mine -
These pics are with my previous mobo (P5N32-E SLI).. now i have switched to a DFI P965-S Dark, so i'll update some pics when i get time to take them =P

Thanks for the resizing and now we can figure out the look of ur system much better
i adore the 830
but an update from 6400 to 6850 is not the best bang for buck, i guess getting a Q6600 will be better or keep ur 6400 longer
Yes, that's true. Also helps for the ones that don't use a broadband connection.
But the system looks good, IMHO. Nice setup you got there.
I'm generally not much into looks of a system, but rather focused on its function and overclocking potential, but this does look nice IMHO, like many other systems posted here.
Welcome to the xtreme. :D
Nice rig spookz
I went into a deep thought, I built systems for the purpose of gaming. I play games online and need performance. I heard too many terrible cons of quad core on old and like new games. If games later on this year, take advantage of it, then I will certainly upgrade to it.
Maybe I will go with the e6750 for the 4mb cache. But the q6600 at $266 USD will be a great value.
My current rig that most I did on 1.4 vcore was 3.2 stable, without touching northbridge, link or any other voltage.
Oh BTW, sorry for the large pics, Its a Old Canon 4mp, my canon 8.1 is in used:(
Thanks for the comments.
