'76 Lincoln Givenchy Mk IV. I just rolled this over 40,000 miles, all original, it has been winter garage parked and only driven on nice days since '81. I am the third owner. I have searched and have only found two others in decent condition in North America. The ride is like sitting on a pillow on a bed on a bunch of pillows. You couldn't spill a glass of water sitting on the dash if you went over a curb hehe... 460 cid is not as bad on gas as expected, as long as one doesn't open up the 4 bbl. It barely fits in my garage. I have less than a foot at the front and back.

I also have a '71 Mustang Mach I that I am restoring.

pfff, every Audi before 2002~ is where it's at. B5 R/S4, and the URs before that!

That'd be my dreamcar at this stage... Too bad paying for one of those could have bought 2 or 3 of them in States.

It's just unfortunate the great/top engines of Audi today are not in a more affordable chassis/platform like the R/S4. The biturbos sit in 6 & 8.

Probably would be advisable to not go for broke with the top down.
Due to drag, I'm sure the fastest you could go would be about 200mph.

there is only one highly modified 6cyl behind the driver . i mean a evo with a few mods can get 400+hp and thats a 4cyl. so 900 for a 6 isn't to far out.
formula 1 cars only have 1.5L engines and have massive HP, its all about what you can do to an engine

Back then the difference between a qualifying engine and race engine power output was significant.

Mazda RX7. Because I've promised myself a Wankel-powered car some day, and I won't blast around in a NSU...

I've taken at least a slight touch of affordability into the equation as well; the RX7 won't be any problem to afford, the Exige is a bit trickier (but should be doable), the 205 T16 is extremely hard to get hold of, but I'll buy one and live in it if I have to.

A last bonus: Ginetta G4. For the same reasons as the Exige.
