He's selling the cards and moving on. You'd never legitly touch his 06 score though. The CPU power is just too much!
If he really wanted to he could just get his 3.7ghz FX60 back and beat you by a mile, but we are still waiting on the GPU mousepots. air vs phase isn't very fair.

Of course, due to the price difference, it's 100% unfair to compare the 2. That opteron system costs more than the down payment on a Bently.
However, that CPU score is too much for conroe to overcome, plain and simple.
p.s. Ahmad, the only 3dmark that doesn't depend on CPU now is 3dmark03. 01,05, and 06 all take a powerful processor/processors to hammer out good scores.
