Still using my three stages cascade (around -100C cpu), but now, on a Yonah !
Core Duo T2600ES @ 3837.4MHz
Corsair 5400UL @ 491MHz 4-3-2-2

actual vcore was 1.64v
I didn't measure the temps, evap temp is in the -105c range, and this cpus doesn't put out a lot of heat, so -100c @ load is not impossible
the fsb is the limitating factor, the cpu is rock stable @ 3830, but no way to make even a cpuz validation @ 3850 :(
