I don't have the board, the CPU, or anything else that would be required to run the system.
Although, if someone either can get access to materials and machining (CNC or otherwise), it is being designed for manufacturability as well and I don't see why it can't be done.
Pump specs are going to be based on an actual pump (although, theorectically, it shouldn't matter so long as it can function at low temperatures and also that it can provide the required flow rate).
I am working on the "guts" of the waterblock right now. Just tried to generate the FE mesh before I left for lunch. Still working on the specific details of it so that I can get an initial "feel" for how this is going to perform.
