perfect job!!!! congrats ( xristara fatoys reeee)

With the cost of 508 being so expensive it's not being used much in cascade systems, or at least the ones we make.
But I had a feeling it would keep up quite easily with Ethylene :D
It may not have the low boiling point of Ethylene but it's got amazing capacity, and that's proven right here, with close to -100 load temps. Not bad at all sir! :toast:
Cheers

The cascade looks great! :D
but wouldn´t it be more logical to turn the desuperheater 90 degrees?
Now your desuperheater is vertically stretchable.
When you turn it 90 degrees, it will be stretchable horizontally and
it will reduce vibrations from the compressor better.
i hope this made sense :)
-
Wow dude that things looks insanely nice. Great work, everything looks so clean! :toast:
Where did you get that fan for your black condensor?? I'm looking for something exactly like that for mine and I seem to be having a hell of time locating something.
Thx!

Clean and impressive work as always Unseen, great job.

HOLY SH*T !!! :slobber:
Unseen ... you're buidling soo nice units .... this awesome cascade NOT excepted! :woot:
RLY RLY RLLLLLY nice! *lol* :D
Keep it up like this bro! ;) :fact:
-
Thanks a lot guys for the support :)
@Lukexe
Yes it is loud. The rotary compressor produces a lot of noise. But who cares :P
@Raven At LN2 shows -176 if i remember well
@Gray Mole Bro it is very expensive as u know. That blue bottle(4kg) in my country costs ~1500$. I only got ~100gr of it. The good thing is that it is not flammable and yeah it has good capacity!
@jack U mean the desuperheater from the first stage?
@Fragtek It is nothing special. I think u can get one from your local ac shop as i have done.
-
Yes, but who cares, cascade must work loud and powerfull ! :)
-
Simply fantastic... A great design job on the cascade and super overclocks.
Congratulations Unseen. !!!!
-
-
Congrats Unseen - Welcome to the -100C Club.

@jack The vibrations avoided quit well so far.No problem.

Wow unseen that's a GREAT piece of work....I didn't realize that 508 would hit -100c...but wow man....not many get to the -100c on things other than ethylene..CONGRATS!!!!....And yeah what gray said is true thats some awesome load temps there! 4 degree delta!!! Keep it up man!!!

unseen you have made it to be in the -100 club and with r508 and not ethylene!! Congrats man!! You deserve it after all the hard work you have done..
-
nice looking cascade my friend! ,the temps are also great!!!
-
Well the beautiful thing about 508 is other than the almost -90 nbp, it's got the capacity of a 'normal' gas.
So when you tune it, it's just like tuning a 'normal' single stage really.
That's why I like R23 so much, and would love to get ahold of 508 one day as well. Ethylene takes so much, and is so light, that while you can have a very low temp with no load, it will lose a lot under load because it's so light.
I've been wanting to get some for ages, just haven't been able to find a decent price.
It's around £800 GBP here for the same size bottle, so the high price looks like it's everywhere
