Not bad at all, fairly impressed.
Good to see you pulling a nice FSB but you need to improve memory speed and timing.
Noticed 2GB of ram, not sure how much more you could improve that.
Don't really think that's a wr on air. Better hope you have lots of headroom if you want a wr.:)
to be honost fugger, i dont care, im not going for superpi, im going for highest aircooled 3800

I should get a WR for geting this on the worst cooler in the world !

And Air Cooled WR I imagine must be quite high with coolers like ThermalTake BT that are better then most bought water cooling set ups.
Doubt that's a world record on air, seeing as i got my 3800+ X2 to 3.1 on water, and i was just taking screenshots, didnt even do the F5/F7 method.

i know, but i mean for this chip, and im running a arctic cooling silencer 64
So it's a world record for that chip? Well seeing as how that's only one of your chip in the world, i guess so :stick:
BTW i've seen the new LDBHE 060x 3800+ X2s getting stable at 2.9 Ghz on air. And i've seen a few posts with 2.95+ Ghz action on them...

What was the previous wr for that chip?
I just got my LDBHE 060 this morning and am priming on it now. Low volts and runs cool. The WR for my chip is prime on air 2hr@2850@1.4v. No killer for sure but pretty good for a $315 retail chip.Quote:

People have run 3ghz 100% stable on air. That's infinity times more a record than a SS at any speed.
Only a few Venice chips will do thatQuote:

:off: but it's the same oh same oh with any dc. One core is great and the other is not. When I got this 3800 today, the first setting I did was boot at 3000@1.45 on air and thought this might be the golden one.:D It would just about finish spi 1m on the bad core. The good core would do 32m at those settings. They are heart breakers. :( I wonder if the darkside ones are the same.
my 3800+ 0601 TPMW is suppost to do 1,36V@ 2800
and 3Ghz @ 1,55.

PC ICE has the WR 3800+ Venice cpu if nobody has beaten him. That was using cascade though. It was originaly mine which I got from s7e9h3n.
I was doing 2800Mhz with the stock cooler and just a little voltage increase. Max I got was 245x12 ( 2940MHz ) with a SLK-948U and Tornado. Limited by the board though, A8N-SLI. Didnt get chance to get it on a DFI NF4. Great cpu though. I want it back :p
Never sell a top CPU man! :slapass:Quote:

We'll have to work on getting you another cpu then ;) :toast:Quote:

i dont care what anyone says, thats seriouly impressive to me. good job
Who keeps track of the world records for each type of cooling ? Can someone point me to the database please !?!? :)
Not a WR.
AIR WR = bull:banana::banana::banana::banana:
i mean air cooling record, liek a wr on air
3700+ clocks alot higher than 3800+, my old SD, did.... 3188mhz 1M stable on STOCK, outside though... - Didnt try suicide shot, never liked suicideshot...Quote:
