Looks like a pretty serious heatsink though. Put those fans at 7volts and it might even be somewhat quiet.
How can you tell its cedar mill?

the shop planed to Show the Cedar mill OC'ed with Phase Cooling,but to use Phase Cooling need much time to prepare ..so they decided to use air cooling...,the HEatsink is Sytche Ninja Fanless ...
They probably are putting 24V through those fans to keep the Proc from bursting into flame ;)Quote:
