x1900xt scored 9004 marks stock, 9688 overclocked

Meh not impressive! ATI's x1900xt was a few months late and can only match the 7800gtx! Plus crossfire is almost impossible to get! The only thing going is ati's x1900xt is prices less than a 7800gtx 512mb making it the better deal for equal performance. Nvidia's rumored to release a 32 pipe monster 7900gtx that will be ahead by a mile. Of course nvidia can charge whatever they want for the best.

dude, 9000 is a very good score for a stock x1900xt. Overclocking of course will raise the score well beyond 10000.

actually many have had stock x1800xt cards in the 9000's (overclocked cpu's of course)

and the nvidia 13k score is a rumor, dont go to anything untill cards are released

x1900xtx stock with 3.03G optie 146 scores about 122xx in 3d05

Gf4, that post was made by a member of H, and has been going around the net for a few days now...you'll see about 10.5k stock with most systems and a little shy of 14k stock with crossfire...not to mention the ocing ability of this card with either a dual core or a single core cpu will be amazing...with 13k 24/7 benching possible for $550...more than what most paid for their X1800XTs originally.

The real deal, however, will be the X1900XL...as I've stated many times.

Count on ti4200 to say 3dmark = overall performance. And notice how much the score goes up with a fast dual core? obviously they're being held back by the cpu

Ok I see some of you are in disagreement. I will wait till someone from xs gets an x1900xt then compares it with an x1800xt and a 7800gtx 512mb, both stock with same cpu clocks. You can get over 12,000 with an x1800xt or a 7800gtx overclocked with a fast dual core cpu. Some of you have said who cares about 3dmark, lets see games. Ok that we shall see too. I was expecting alot more performance from the x1900xt so im disapointed to say. Have you heard how monserous the 7900gtx could be with its 750MHz core clock and 32 pipes? wow man...

Dude, THIS IS 3DMARK! I thought you officially retired from 3dmark btw? Why do you put so much belief into it. Results in fear show around 50% improvement over a 512GTX, that's nothing to sneeze at. I highly doubt even the 7900gtx will beat the 1900xtx in fear, it has a 33% increase in pipes and 36% increase in clock.

Don't worry........On Monday/Tuesday I'll get an X1900XTX to test.......I already have an 7800GTX 512MB and an X1800XT in my hands......I'll compare all three of them together with the EXACT SAME config........I think that this will be fair enough........;)
