A little questions about PCI-E lock in Intel chipsets

I've a little question about PCI and PCI-E lock in i915/925/925XE/945/955
I heard that I915 haven't PCI-E lock , but what about others? Please help me in selection

The 915 is the only one that has trouble with the PCI-E lock. All of the others have PCI-E locks.

So the i915P that my Asus P4GD1 mobo has, DOES have the PCI-E lock and it will for example allow an FSB setting of lets say 300MHz without that the PCI-E will run out of specifications?

For 300fsb you need to set PCI-E freq to 135 or more. Expect Sata ports and lan not working though. Also you need more chipset volts, probably voltmod to 1.8-2V

Didn't the i945 also suffer from the same problems as the i915. Afaik it did. So you must go for i955 or i975 for serious OC'ing...
