i wonder if these E6 chips will be better overclocker and i wondery why amd is releasing so soon since venice just came out recently.

No they're not.

Toledo = SH9-E6 (1MB L2 each core)
Manchester = SH9-E4 (512KB L2 each core)

Venice = DH8-E3/DH8-E6 (512KB L2)

The E3 stepping has some errors which are fixed with E6. See AMD revision guide p. 11: http://www.amd.com/us-en/assets/cont...docs/25759.pdf
