2 separate loops in ex-Koolance case

This project is finally complete, I hope. I have been redoing it for over two years now, just can't give it up / leave it alone. There's always room for improvement, right guys/gals? :p:

Brief description of innards:
Loop #1 for XP2500+ @2500MHz: Laing D4 + Proteus flowswitch + DD Maze 4 + Black Ice Pro II + Dual 3 1/2" reservoir
Loop #2 for GF5700U + northbridge: Hydor L25 II + DD Maze 3 GPU + DD Maze 3 northbridge + ThermoChill HE120.1 + custom reservoir from Home Depot

Swapping parts is not permitted! Haha, you guys probably have a good idea of the computer / cooling parts density per cubing inch!

ok now that is just scary.. how u compacted that all in there i will never know...

but hey it looks cool. Im curious by how much that flow meter in there drops the flow rates. You got any numbers on it?

Regarding flow rates, I just reorganized the tubing and used several 45-degree angled 1/2" ID fittings to eliminate a lot of extra loops and possible kinks, and the flow rate did not increase at all, as measured by the flow switch. So, that leads me to conclude that even with an inefficient supply of water to pump's inlet, it was still doing all that it could, since now the path to pump's inlet is a slightly upward-sloped 3" long piece of tubing that should be less restrictive than an entire loop 5" in diameter with a 90-degree bent in the middle! Following the same reasoning, introducing the flow meter into the loop did not significantly drop the flow rate.

i dont think i would want pumps so close to my cpu. me thinks there could be EMI problems???

Since the rad for the CPU loop is cooled by 3 measly 80mm fans working at 40% power, the temps vary dramatically depending on the ambient room temperature. Idling at 2500MHz, 1.75Vcore, they can vary 38-45C.

Regarding EMI from the pump, I'd think the big slab of copper would absorb most of them.
