And if you're only trying to reach max. freqency then Tras should go much higher, cause 6 is quite tight- especialy for rest timings loosen as much

New bench sisoft at 345 2.5 4 3 7 with 3,1v vram. I still not try relax timing.
Sweet spot i think is 2.9v to 3.1v to run 24/7. Max i tried 3.2. I will try more.:D
