At September 2003 I bought a NoName 512MB PC2700 DDR333MHz with Infineon chips. Five months later I started the burn-in of that module. I burn-in that module for over 500hours :eek: and take me about 3 months to finish it. The maximum voltage I gave to that module was 3v, from 2.5v (default). Now I buy a P4 3.0C and I start the burn-in again using 1:1 dividers on my Abit IS7-e. I don’t know if that is a record or impossible to do it on a NoName memory module, but I’m surprised from that memory…
I cool the memory using the Tt Alu Heatsink and a Tt SmartFan2 8cm…
