Suction line length ?

Hello guys


can i use a very short suction line ?
all the way to the compressor is total 45cm...
is a 1/4 compressor..
is that ok ?

BTW i use a small accumulator



so is that ok ?

Why wouldn't it be okay?
What are you worried about with a short suction?

i worry that liquid will get inside (i don't want that waterfalls sound....that clicking
sound) sorry 4 being so noob

The liquid return isn't really because of a short suction length though is it?
It's because your overcharged or your load is too little and liquid isn't boiling off in the evaporator.
