How would someone in Driftwood Texas who has no other computer related sales that I could find end up with an ES of a 7990.
IDTS.
I am in the market for a new GPU... haha
Is that legal to sell?
100% Illegal, that's an ES card. You don't technically own those. They're simply loaned to you forever.
Driftwood is only minutes from AMD Austin office
If I didnt have a 7970 already.. :(
Tempting but I'll pass on hoping retail 7990's are cheaper (and legal).
Somebody's gonna get in deep trouble for that one.
AMD guy, "Hey buddy, can you list this video card on eBay for me? I'll give you $20."
Buddy, "Yeah sure!"
Usually in these cases, AMD will have their loss prevention guy bid and win it so they can source it back to whoever had that serial #.
I may or may not have personal experience in such a situation...
Warranty ???
I'm still more than happy with my old HD5870 :)
"People who bought this item also bought..." a bunch of power supplies. Who else has bought one of these, ebay?
US $93,100.00  Do you think he is getting the picture yet?
Maybe there is an ebay http://www.lakecityquietpills.com/ph...1994527425.jpg :ROTF:
Someone sniped my $96,000 bid. :doh::nuts: j/k
Holy fudge, it sold for almost $100k o.0
I think Splave won that !
96,100 FOR A GPU!
No, for TWO GPUs. BIIIIIG difference :D
Yea, I'll bet AMD bought it and will be dealing with the individual after the sale !
Can you imagine the fee's eBay will get from this guy for something he won't get any $$ for .
I would love to know how this plays out.
Who's the dumbass who paid $96 000 for one gpu?? Troll or someone is off their meds.
