Z77 motherboard recommendation

Hey guys I've been out of the computer realm for sometime and need some recommendation on a z77 motherboard. I'm planning to get i5 3750k and looking for a mobo with maximum overclocking ability. Ive done some research and theres a mix between asus, asrock, and gigabyte. So im not too sure which board to get. So anyhow, here are my questions

1. Which z77 mobo would u recommend?
2. What kind and brand of ram would u recommend?

In terms of RAM what would you guys recommend?

How do the asrock extreme4/6 compare with asus for the z77 chipset? Which is better?
