Feel bad if it real dead, but if you living in Thailand now you'll don't worry about warranty by ASUS here because they announced
yesterday for new rule of warranty they will cover every problem under overclocking without only hard mod will out of warranty
It nice !
I do feel bad.
Have formated my usb stick to Fat32 and changed a bios file to M5G.ROM but its not flashing am i doing sommat wrong.
If am not i will RMA monday on the plus side my Gigabyte D3H is working ok now.
How do you send the bios to the root on the usbstick the way am doing it.it wont reconise bios
Maybe you should try with ASUS CrashFree BIOS by driver dvd and for method follow here >>> http://www.asus.com/999/html/events/...hfreebios2.htm
thanks mate does that work if there no display during post.
My friend, before you give up, please DO try the following steps:
(I had this specific code, and many others during sub-zero benching - I even thought the Samsung kit was burned! it was not! the mobo had to 'rest' a bit).
1) Disconnect the PSU from the mobo.
2) Remove the on-board battery.
3) Let the mobo stand like this, not connected to anything, for few hours.
4) BEFORE you turn it on again (after the few hours..) click the "RESET CMOS" button at the back of the board (right next to the ROG connect button).
Don't know why this is happening. honestly.
but what I do know is that after the steps above the board recovered and got back to action pretty fast.
Try it.
got nothing to loose.. right? :)
Congrats Bro! now you got back your oc machine again ;)
Running perfect now.:yepp:
Glad you got it running :)
