I think frozencpu sells colored black Ice GT Stealths, but I don't know if white is one of the choices. You can always paint one yourself.
I am quite sure only watercool.de offer white rad atm. They are avail from many watercooling site... PPC , FCPU..

That white rad inside the case was end of sales.. i brought the last 2 that i can found on the whole net..

I am not sure about the regular Xchangers, but TFC (The Feser Company) did make (supposedly 50) Limited Edition Monstas in white. But the plates on both sides of the rad were black.

Look at the picture where i mask off the fins.
use a scotch bright pad to scuff up the old paid, wipe it with solvent, mask fins, paint!
Let it dry in a cool palce for 24 - 48 hours. If you gonna bake it on like i did make sure its dry first.
