HOW FORCE A 5970 to never do 24hz

anybody know HOW FORCE A 5970 to never do 24hz?
in crysis 2 is driving me nuts
some say is the game fault others say is a windows thing
at the end is the video card the one who output the signal
could ccc have a option for 3d applications that force 60hz
try every stupid fixes that i find online but no luck
alt+ent, regedit desktop (o), custom resolution
no no no :mad::mad::mad: every other pc game no problem .even in dx11 like d3
but the most graphically advance game (supposedly) can do a simple 60hz
even the old crysis 1 and warhead do the same crap but they can be fix with alt+ent but the F4ckers at crytek decided to remove in part 2 it to :banana::banana::banana::banana: with me
what is the point to go (sometimes insane amount of trouble ,time and thousands of dollars) build a Rig that can handle this games ,
if a 100 dollar used xbox run it more smoothly WTF
