Well, American youth can't be considered the most screwed up now. How can a human being, even a youth, not value their body to the point where they would think twice about selling a kidney for anything? Between Foxconn workers flinging themselves off rooftops hoping for an insurance payout to their families and this poor kid, I just don't know what to think about China anymore.

That poor boy, He will be massively disappointed. If i was given the choice between a kidney and an iPad 2 it would be a very easy one.

Then again a pile of dog poo and an iPad 2 would also be a very easy choice :D

Even though (in my opinion) the kid got ripped off, it reads as if he's perfectly happy with the exchange. So even though it may be stupid (to us), he got what he wanted for the price he wanted. More power to him.
