Product held up in customs because xfx declared U$20,and now need a customs broker to take the placa.e and it unfeasible,the consignment was uncharacterized, and was given as formal import now only a customs forwarding agent can withdraw the product, the customs broker has to go to the customs office to withdraw the product,since it is not possible to hire one is more expensive that own card, it is lost, what now?The responsibility of sending this shipment and of xfx,as well as when sending the card to xfx and totally my responsibility I`m without a computer because my motherboard has no onboard video,were three cards with defective,and in the end I lose my investment. The XFX need to solve this once and for all until because were three cards with defective,and solve as fast as possible.
